Water Loss in North Charlotte

This residence suffered a major water loss when the second floor toilet overflowed. The water spread all across the home affecting almost every room in the home. The homeowners had to be put up in a hotel because of the amount of damage this loss caused. The pictures shown are of the living room ceiling in which was effected. The living room is one of the main areas in a home. That is where family come together to watch television, and where guest come when they are visiting. It was important to our team to start completing work in the areas of this clients home that are used the most. Our mitigation team stepped in and completed drying out and demo in this home. After the mitigation was complete our construction team stepped in and put the pieces back together. Thankfully our customer is now beginning to move back into their home!
